This summer I made the decision to sell my home of 25 years to move closer to my grandchildren.  We met Art on the inquiry of a property he had listed. A very unusual approach to others, he was listening to us and really answering our "thinking out loud" as well as our questions. He went above, beyond and then some to make the deal work for us. Anything and everything I asked and asked for was received in record timing. He  worked at being a friend as well as an excellent real estate representative. Our purchase was life changing not just a regular home purchase but a very large undertaking on an acreage. Art covered a few things that popped up along the way that saved us time and money as well as covered a few issues that we did not think of again savings for us.

Upon possession date it was cold and windy early January day, he worked at getting us warm not only with the power but he actually chopped wood to get us a fire going to warm up and get things up and running.

I am not an easy person to please at times and this was one of times that all along pleased not just both of us but as well the other professionals involved in the transaction.

Art stands far above any Real Estate Professional we have ever encountered without him we are not so sure the deal would have worked out.
