Arthur Verheyde has been a licensed Realtor in the province of Alberta since 1996. Arthur has achieved many awards during this time; including membership in the Million Dollar Club with the Calgary Real Estate Board, as well as other awards complimenting Arthur on his various levels of achievement while guiding many clients towards their Real Estate goals.

Arthur is a friendly, trustworthy professional who prides himself on aggressively representing your interests. Taking the time to gently educate the first-time buyer in the process of buying a home, is just as important to Arthur as marketing the property of  someone more familiar with the Real Estate experience.

Not being one to idly sit by when needed, Arthur has also received an award for bravery from the City of Calgary Firefighters Department for his service to the community during a rescue on the Bow River. He has also contributed valuable time to the United Way of Calgary, and contributes regularly to the Children’s Miracle Network. 

A resident of Calgary for 37 years, Arthur and his family recently moved to a small acreage with their two huskies. They are outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy dogsledding, cross country, and downhill skiing, boating, canoeing and fishing.
